I’ve just returned from a girls weekend, childfree in Paris and fell in love with the city again. So, knowing how daunting it can be planning a destination elopement or wedding, I thought I’d share my favourite Paris Elopement Venues.

Château de Versailles

Just thirty minutes from the centre of Paris is a mid-17th century, meticulously landscaped grand French château called Palace of Versailles. What could be more luxurious than getting married at the once home to the King of France!

Ritz Paris

If you are looking to elope in one of the most iconic hotels in the world then The Ritz Paris is the one. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Paris, on the Place Vendôme. They cater for all types of weddings from an intimate elopement with just 10 guests to lavish weddings for five hundred guests. You can choose to say ‘I do’ in one of the luxurious Salons or in The Ritz Paris Grand Jardin, a private city-centre oasis.

Palais Royal

A historic palace surrounded by beautiful gardens and Parisian architecture make the Palais Royal a perfect location for exchanging vows and taking memorable elopement photos. I’d suggest planning your elopement for the morning to avoids the crowds and ensure intimacy.

Hotel Plaza Athénée

If it’s spectacular views you’re looking for then Hotel Plaza Athénée offers some of the most beautiful views the city has to offer. This hotel will give your elopement the opulent touch that you’re looking for. With its stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and impeccable service, it’s the perfect Parisian venue.

Jardin des Tuileries

For a more casual Paris elopement venue, consider exchanging vows in the beautiful Tuileries Gardens. With its fountains, statues, and manicured lawns, it’s a truly picturesque location for an outdoor wedding.
