Lizzy and Ali got married at the wonderful Chateau de Redon in South-West France and I had the honour to capture it!
Lizzy wore the stunning Svalo dress by designer Rime Arodaky. Inspired by our goddesses and the essence of femininity, the Svalo dress was both elegant and bohemian. I couldn’t get enough of photographing this beautiful dress. We also took some fab Super 8 inspired videos of the details of the dress and veil.
I feel in love with Chateau de Redon! It has been completely renovated in 2013 with a taste for modern design and respect for all the authentic elements. Century-old oak wooden floors, chimneys with majestic mirrors, fine handcrafted mouldings and woodwork. At the same time, all modern comfort has been integrated seamlessly, with each room having its own design bathroom and a separate dressing room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped allowing cooking for large groups. The large 2 hecture private park with rare, century-old trees offers a secluded location, perfect for families and groups. The salt water swimming pool is heated and completely fenced.
Château de Redon is open for weddings from May to October. You can rent the Château for a minimum of 3 nights over a weekend and 2 nights mid-week. It can accommodate 24 guests and receive maximum 100 wedding guests. They have an inhouse professional team to organise your dream wedding with “a French touch”.
