How long is a family shoot?

Family shoots typically run between 1-2 hours, though every session is different. With little ones, we sometimes keep things shorter to work with their energy and attention span. Other times, a longer shoot allows the children to really warm up to me and settle into their natural rhythm, which is always when the magic happens. My aim with every family is the same: to adapt to you.

best locations in Provence & the French Riviera?

Some of my favourite locations include the old town of Antibes, the lavender fields of Valensole and the hilltop villages of Gordes and Goult. In spring, the poppy fields are absolutely gorgeous. I love combining a little time in a village with somewhere more natural, whether that’s a wildflower field or a quiet beach. I’m always happy to suggest the perfect combination based on the time of year.

How many photos will we receive?

You’ll receive approximately 60 professionally edited digital images alongside 20 film photographs, all delivered via a beautiful online gallery complete with a slideshow set to music. 
Digital images are delivered within 7 days of your shoot, with your film photographs following once they’ve been returned from the lab — typically around 2 to 3 weeks after your session.

Do you shoot on film or digital?

Sessions are shot on a blend of both roughly 80% digital and 20% film, using 35mm and 120 medium format. The digital images give us consistency and flexibility, while the film frames bring a warmth and grain that’s impossible to replicate. Together they complement each other beautifully!
