Goult Family Photo Shoot in the Luberon

Kayla and her beautiful family contacted me as they wanted to capture some family portraits. They were visiting from America with their two daughters and bump! For the location, we decided on Goult as it was both of our favourite village in the Luberon.

Family photo shoot in Goult, Luberon.

We planned the photo shoot for the late afternoon following the girls nap, so they’d be full of energy. Plus it meant that we had the soft afternoon light, which is perfect for portraits!

The Luberon area is famous for it’s lavender fields and the beautiful village Gordes. However, my favourite village and the place that has captured my heart is definitely Goult. It’s so beautiful and isn’t on the tourist map quiet like Gordes. Therefore, it still maintains its authenticity. It’s without a doubt my favourite secret spot for a portrait shoot in the Luberon.

Goult is nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Luberon Valley, less than a 15-minute drive northwest of Bonnieux and about 20 minutes southeast of Gordes. It’s a truly a picturesque Provencal village known for its charming stone houses, narrow cobblestone streets, and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. With its tranquility and natural beauty, Goult provides the perfect backdrop for a family photo shoot.

Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, marking a milestone, or simply looking to capture some precious moments with your loved ones, a family photo shoot in Goult is the perfect way to make memories that will last a lifetime. Book your session today and let the beauty of Goult create a truly unforgettable experience for your family.

If you’re looking for a photographer to take some photos in one of the lavender fields, or local Luberon villages such as Bonnieux, Goult or Gordes, even your Provence villa or hotel then don’t hesitate to contact me.

I live locally in Apt, so I know the area very well. I’m always happy to offer advice for photo shoot locations or even hotel and restaurant recommendations. Don’t hesitate to say hello!

Thanks, Abbi
